City of Priceville asks court to dismiss wrongful termination suit as officer asks for third chance to make case

The city of Priceville is a federal court to throw out a wrongful termination suit by Police Officer Garry Chapman, as Chapman’s attorney has asked for a third chance to file his complaint against the city.
